Hop's can provide buffet style catering onsite or offsite.  We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering for small groups.  Our onsite catering is available for our Creekside Gazebo (approximately 20 people) or in the pavilion (not available on Saturdays).  Offsite catering can be delivered or picked up at Hop's.

• biscuits & sausage gravy, pancakes, sausage, duck or chicken eggs, biscuits and/or bread, quiche, and condiments

Lunch/Dinner Buffet Theme Suggestions:

• Nacho Bar: in-house made corn tortilla chips with beef, chicken, and/or pork, black bean salsa, plus toppings
• Italian: spaghetti with a variety of sauces, stuffed shells, pasta bakes, and/or lasagna with bread
• Indian: sweet potato curry, butter chicken, green curry pork chops, and/or catfish curry, with side options
• Mediterranean:  chicken shawarma, spiced chicken with yogurt-tahini sauce, hummus, falafel, Greek salad, parmesan polenta, and side option
• American: soup beans & corn bread, meat loaf, pork chops, chicken and seasonal sides
• Charcuteries:  lots of options
• Grilled cheese bar:  Choice of 4 cheese, bacon, pickled onions, jams, cowboy candy, and seasonal options (available for groups of 15 or less only
